Our Deptford space is by appointment only, we have some modules on display there, but the best place to view sofas is at our East Dulwich store. If you would like to visit Deptford drop us email or give us a call.

Wednesday - Saturday: 10am-6pm

Visiting our East Dulwich store for sofa consultancies
Our store is quietest during weekdays, so if you can visit us from Wednesday - Friday then we can give you the most time for consultancies. If you visit us at the weekend please bear with us as we may not have as much time to sit and consult with you.
Over sofa sale periods we will try to have additional staffing in-store at the weekends.
Due to high demand during sales periods we kindly ask for your patience throughout the sales process, thank you.
Fabric Samples
We have lots of fabric samples for you to view at the East Dulwich store but may not have every colour, it's a good idea to check out the sofa overview and fabric overviews on our website before visiting us so you can familiarise yourself with what's available. We are more than happy to order fabric samples for you free of charge. Please drop us an email detailing which fabrics you wish to receive samples of and your delivery address and phone number and we will get this sorted for you.

Pre-order
All our sofas are Pre-Order items and made especially for you. As is the nature of Pre-Order items, they are non-refundable. So please bear this in mind when making your purchase.

Delivery
Before purchasing your sofa make sure the sofa will fit through your front door and the access route to the sofa's final destination (including hallways, doors, staircases or lifts). This is really important to check before you make your order :-), as you don't want there to be unexpected complications with your delivery which will incur an additional special delivery cost.
If you are unsure then let us know, our delivery partner can come and check out your access if needed. There is a fee for this service so let us know.
All modular sofas will be delivered as separate modules.
If you would like your old sofa taken away when the new one arrives we can arrange this for an additional cost. This makes the transition from old to new sofa really easy.
