Care Instructions: Vacuum frequently on medium power. Remove wet stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung in warm detergent-free water. If the stain remains, we recommend a chemical dry-cleaning product (e.g. KR2) or professional dry cleaning.

Please note, modular sofas will be delivered as separate modules.
Make sure the sofa you purchase will fit through your front door and the access route to the sofa's final destination (including hallways, doors, staircases or lifts). This is really important to check before you make your order, as you don't want there to be unexpected complications with your delivery which will incur an additional special delivery cost.
If you would like your old sofa taken away when the new one arrives we can arrange this for an additional cost.

Fabric Samples
We have lots of fabric samples for you to view at our East Dulwich store but may not have every colour. It's a good idea to check out the sofa overview and fabric overviews on our website so you can familiarise yourself with what's available before visiting our store. We are more than happy to order fabric samples for you free of charge. Please drop us an email detailing which fabrics you wish to receive samples of: customer@iyouall.com
Also note, please don’t remove any of our fabric samples from the shop please!
Pre-order
All our sofas are pre-order items, so when purchasing your chosen sofa we will give you an estimated lead time for it's arrival. As is the nature of pre-order items, they are non-refundable. So please bare this in mind when making your purchase!
